This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HSO IND - Senior Technical Consultant - CE/CRM based in India.
This role sits at the intersection of consulting, architecture, and hands-on development within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem. You will design and deliver scalable CRM solutions that directly impact how clients manage sales, service, marketing, and operations across complex industries. Working in a client-facing capacity, you will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring high standards of quality and maintainability. The environment is highly collaborative, involving close work with architects, functional consultants, and delivery teams across geographies. You will also act as a technical mentor, guiding junior developers and shaping best practices across projects. This is an opportunity to contribute to end-to-end implementations, from design through deployment, in a fast-evolving Microsoft cloud landscape.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and customize solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dataverse configurations.
- Handle integrations with external systems and Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and related cloud components to extend platform capabilities.
- Define and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across architecture, functional consulting, and DevOps to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of solutions.
- Support pre-sales, solution design discussions, and client advisory activities while ensuring adherence to delivery methodologies and timelines.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE with a deep understanding of customization, configuration, and Power Platform development. You should be comfortable working in client-facing environments and translating complex requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role requires both technical depth and consulting capability, with the ability to lead delivery efforts while mentoring others. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE development, customization, and configuration.
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, model-driven apps, Dataverse, workflows, dashboards).
- Proven experience with Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, FetchXML, forms, and views.
- Experience in Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and third-party system integration.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices including Azure DevOps pipelines, GIT, and release management.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and delivering end-to-end CRM implementations.
- Exposure to solution architecture and pre-sales activities is highly desirable.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600 are a strong advantage.
