Responsibilities

This is a remote position for someone who is based in Bintulu or Miri, Malaysia and will be covering East Malaysia and Brunei

This position is responsible for the development of East Malaysia market for total Product Groups by developing the end user projects and maintaining good collaboration with MSA Channel Partners.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with other functions like Marketing, service, MissionOps and Customer service, in driving the sales activities and executing the marketing plan and serve as a main focal person to ensure that the resources, infrastructure, internal process and systems are in place to achieve Total Malaysia revenue goals.
  • This role will identify targeted end users, nurture accounts into viable opportunities and work diligently to convert competitive products to MSA while driving our value proposition throughout the targeted organizations.
  • In essence, the role will be responsible for the development and growth of total product groups, driving business performance to achieve sales, profit, and increase market share in Malaysia
  • The position requires providing support to channel partner and end user with regards to training & product knowledge & demonstration
  • 70% of travelling


Qualifications

  • 5 years Sales experience
  • Experience developing end user project
  • Proven track record managing Key Account Relationships
  • Written and spoken English
  • 3-5 years in Sales of Personal Protective Equipment products & solutions to end users, experience in Oil&Gas and Safety industry would be a huge plus
  • Strong strategic, interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; alternatively, 10 years Sales experience
  • University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Business Management
