Logistic Data Admin at Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Bangi, Selangor

• Effectively controls data during the verification of delivery orders, checklists from the planning team, picking and packing lists, and ensures neat filing.
• Accountable for all system transactions and ensures that all incoming and outgoing items are consistently updated in the system.
• Maintains inventory in the WMS system, performs physical inventory counts, and reconciles actual stock with WMS-generated reports on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Prepares, generates, and updates monthly inventory reports for AP at the end of each month.
• Involved in developing, maintaining, and adopting best operational procedures and practices for inventory control; investigates discrepancies and determines root causes.
• Ensures that processes and procedures comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Maintains accurate records of stocked products and provides management with a clear overview of all goods shipped and received.
• Supports initiatives to achieve annual operational efficiency targets.
• Manages both internal and external communications and coordinates closely with the operations team.
• Examines records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
• Becomes proficient in using the WMS system.
• Performs other related duties and assists other departments as required.

Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates are required to possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Finance / Commercial / Warehousing/ Logistics Management.

Work Experience / Skill Requirements (s):

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehousing / Logistics in data control.
• Experience in leading warehouse and logistics data controls involving inbound/outbound, picking & packing and inventory counting, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of WMS, SAP, and Microsoft office (especially excel).
