Job Description

SUMMARY

The Engagement/Project Lead serves as the Contractor’s single accountable lead and primary interface to the customer's ABS-IT for the gift card migration initiative. The Lead develops and manages the integrated project plan across stakeholders; oversees execution and coordination among ABS-IT, Avanade, and NWT; provides semi-weekly (minimum) and ad-hoc reporting; and ensures project closeout deliverables are completed, including stabilization summaries and a comprehensive support handoff package.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project planning-----Develop the end-to-end project plan in consultation with ABS-IT, Avanade, and NWT covering discovery through handoff, including milestones, dependencies, schedule, risks, and stakeholder responsibilities.

Execution oversight (multi-vendor coordination)----Oversee and coordinate execution across stakeholders; drive issue resolution; track actions; manage schedule and cross-team dependencies; ensure stakeholders complete assigned tasks aligned to the approved plan.

Status reporting----- Provide progress reports to ABS-IT on a semi-weekly basis at minimum and ad-hoc as requested; present schedule status, risks, issues, decisions needed, and upcoming activities.

Compliance oversight---- Coordinate with Avanade and NWT to ensure continued compliance with PCI DSS requirements for the POS solution throughout migration activities.

Closeout & transition to operations---Produce stabilization and closeout summaries; develop and deliver the support handoff package including setup documentation, support and maintenance procedures, and gift card management instructions.

Remote delivery management------ Plan and facilitate remote/online meetings and ensure deliverables are provided via email per solicitation constraints.

Interview participation----Serve as the Offeror’s named representative for the optional customer interview; articulate approach, schedule, controls, and deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience coordinating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (D365) efforts, including planning and managing workstreams involving configuration, testing, migration, and cutover activities.

Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor delivery and integrated schedules across multiple parties.

Experience producing executive-ready project reporting (semi-weekly cadence minimum) and driving governance, risks/issues, and action tracking.

Working knowledge of PCI DSS considerations in payment/POS environments sufficient to coordinate compliance-aligned delivery with technical vendors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with retail gift card business processes (issuance, balance administration, redemption, cross-store operations) and migrations where the enterprise platform becomes system of record.

Experience coordinating stakeholders in payment connector / payment services transitions in parallel with gift card program changes.
