  • Maintain and improve benefits data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies through auditing and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to track utilization, cost trends, and overall benefits program performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support compliance activities related to ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR, and 401(k) governance, including audits, testing, and required filings.
  • Assist in annual benefits cycles, including renewals, benchmarking, open enrollment planning, and implementation of new or enhanced programs.
  • Create and maintain employee-facing communications and educational materials to improve understanding and engagement with benefits offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced employee experience across benefits and leave programs.
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or total rewards operations, ideally in a global or multi-state environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. health and welfare programs, retirement plans, and leave policies, with exposure to global benefits preferred.
  • Experience working with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators in a fast-paced HR or People Operations environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience supporting annual enrollment cycles, renewals, and benefits program optimization initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support employees and collaborate across HR, payroll, and leadership teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary aligned with experience, skills, and location.
  • Equity opportunities and performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
  • Mental health support, wellness programs, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Remote-friendly environment with flexibility and autonomy in how you work.
