This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes how efficiently revenue teams operate and scale across multiple channels.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end GTM automation systems that support enrichment, outreach, lifecycle progression, and operational workflows across marketing, sales, and partner channels, with a focus on agency and partner ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain predictive scoring models using product usage, behavioral signals, firmographic data, and third-party enrichment to improve targeting and prioritization.
  • Own GTM data architecture and integration across systems such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and enrichment tools, ensuring clean and reliable data flow.
  • Develop scalable automation frameworks that reduce manual effort, improve speed-to-lead, and increase overall GTM efficiency.
  • Optimize operational costs tied to automation, including API usage, enrichment spend, and AI/LLM-driven workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring clear documentation and adoption.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and integrations that enhance GTM performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar roles within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms, with deep understanding of data models and system architecture.
  • Hands-on experience building automations using tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent workflow platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations to connect and extend GTM tech stacks.
  • Strong understanding of data enrichment, normalization, and routing strategies for account and contact-level data.
  • Experience with predictive scoring models for lead, account, or intent-based prioritization.
  • Comfort managing operational efficiency, including tracking and optimizing automation costs, enrichment usage, and AI/LLM consumption.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans and collaborate across teams.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with a strong bias toward building, testing, and iterating scalable solutions.
Benefits
  • Equity participation through RSUs in a growing, private organization.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with significant employer contribution.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents, plus additional support for birthing parents and family planning needs.
  • Flexible paid time off, holidays, and sabbatical opportunities for rest and recovery.
  • Mental health support, including therapy and coaching resources.
  • Retirement savings support, including employer-matched contributions where applicable.
  • Monthly stipends supporting remote work, wellness, and lifestyle needs.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility tied to company and individual success.
