This role is centered on bridging business strategy, customer needs, and technical execution within complex digital commerce environments. You will act as a key functional expert across commerce and OMS-related projects, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into scalable, well-structured technical solutions. Working closely with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams, you will help shape end-to-end delivery across large-scale e-commerce initiatives. The position involves direct interaction with clients and stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to lead discovery sessions, refine requirements, and guide solution design. You will also play a leadership role within the business analysis practice, mentoring other analysts and ensuring consistency in delivery standards. This is a highly collaborative and global environment where your work has direct impact on product quality, customer experience, and delivery success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of business needs and translating them into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Act as a functional expert in commerce and OMS platforms, guiding teams on solution design and implementation approaches.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to break down requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs, ensuring alignment between business priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Create and maintain process flows, data models, documentation, and visual representations of business requirements.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, estimation, and sprint reviews, ensuring clarity of scope and delivery expectations.
  • Support change management processes, including requirement updates, version control, and impact analysis.
  • Contribute to testing activities by defining acceptance criteria, supporting QA teams, and validating delivered solutions.
  • Lead demos, client presentations, and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level business analysts, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in client-facing roles, ideally within consulting, digital agencies, or technology environments.
  • Strong experience with commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify, SAP Hybris, Mirakl, or similar OMS/e-commerce systems.
  • Solid background in requirements gathering, functional and non-functional analysis, and business process modeling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and workflow design.
  • Advanced English proficiency for both written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams across different time zones.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma is a plus.
  • Previous experience in large-scale e-commerce projects is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote or hybrid work model with flexible arrangements based on preference.
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance coverage.
  • Life insurance and employee assistance programs, including mental health support.
  • Home office, mobility, and meal allowances provided through flexible benefit cards.
  • Access to continuous learning programs, certifications, and internal career development tracks.
  • English classes with dedicated instructors to support professional growth.
  • Mentorship programs and structured career development opportunities.
  • Wellness benefits including Gympass and flexible working hours.
  • Recognition programs and internal rewards initiatives.
  • Day off on your birthday and additional lifestyle perks.
  • Access to a diverse, global, and collaborative work environment with multicultural teams.
