- Oversee end-to-end vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding, compliance, and documentation
- Input, maintain, and manage contracts and projects within a CLM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate and facilitate RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and selection
- Analyze vendor performance, costs, and risks to identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, SLA compliance, and cost-saving initiatives
- Support cross-functional teams in project management, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethics, and mandatory training requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization, policy updates, and adoption of AI/analytics solutions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in vendor management, sourcing/procurement, or data analytics
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, CoPilot, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with CLM systems (Workday preferred) and contract management processes
- Experience with RFP facilitation, project management, and vendor coordination
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Certifications such as CRCR, CAPM, or other professional credentials preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across departments, and maintain high ethical standards
