This role is designed for a senior analytics leader who will drive the evolution of the BI ecosystem and ensure the reliability and performance of the data consumption layer. You will play a key role in shaping best practices and standards for Power BI development across teams. Acting as a technical reference, you will support analysts in migrating legacy reports from MicroStrategy to Power BI and building new analytical solutions. The position involves close collaboration with data engineering teams to ensure consistency across data layers and reporting outputs. You will also be responsible for validating data quality across Silver and Gold layers, ensuring accuracy and trust in business dashboards. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role, combining technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and cross-team coordination in a modern data-driven environment.

• Lead the analytics domain and ensure the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of the reporting and consumption layer.
• Define and promote development standards, governance practices, and best practices for Power BI solutions.
• Support analysts throughout the migration of reports from MicroStrategy to Power BI, while contributing to the development of new dashboards and reporting assets.
• Collaborate in technical requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation activities to ensure project alignment and maintainability.
• Validate data consistency and integrity across reporting layers, ensuring alignment between analytical datasets and business-facing reports.
• Act as the technical liaison between analytics and data engineering teams, facilitating communication and integration across platforms.
• Manage report publication processes and oversee production deployments to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
• Monitor dashboard performance, usability, and data quality, continuously improving reporting solutions and user experience.

• Solid professional experience working with Power BI in enterprise environments.
• Advanced expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and DAX development.
• Strong command of advanced SQL and data querying techniques.
• Knowledge of Power BI governance, gateways, and best practices for secure and scalable deployments.
• Experience working with Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, and Relational Data Store (RDS) architectures.
• Proven experience integrating analytical data layers with reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
