  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic, financial, and investment decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior finance leader in high-growth, venture-backed, private equity-backed, or scaling technology organizations
  • Strong background in corporate finance, capital markets, financial planning, and strategic financial leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead fundraising, investor relations, debt facilities, or other capital structuring activities
  • Experience building financial systems, controls, reporting frameworks, and scalable finance operations
  • Strong understanding of how investors, boards, and financial stakeholders evaluate business performance and risk
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making
  • Experience leading finance teams, external audits, compliance processes, and advisor relationships
  • Strong judgment in capital allocation, risk management, and balancing growth with financial discipline
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
  • Background in finance, accounting, economics, business, or equivalent progressive leadership experience
  • Experience in AI, infrastructure, SaaS, cloud, or emerging technology sectors is highly valued
  • Exposure to fundraising cycles, institutional investors, or M&A readiness is a strong advantage

Benefits:

  • Competitive executive compensation package aligned with senior leadership roles
  • Meaningful equity participation reflecting long-term company value creation
  • Direct access to CEO and executive leadership team with high strategic influence
  • Opportunity to shape financial strategy for a high-growth AI and infrastructure business
  • Leadership role in building capital strategy, investor relations, and financial governance systems
