ROHL Global Networks Inc. is hiring full-time, year-round Labourers to join our growing team. These positions will support crews on a newly awarded multi-year contract, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to grow your career in utility and telecommunications construction.
The Role
Reporting to the Crew Supervisor, the Labourer is a key member of the field team responsible for supporting construction activities across all phases of ROHL projects. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, safety focus, and the ability to work effectively as part of a fast-moving utility and telecommunications construction crew.
Labourers play an essential role in keeping projects moving by assisting with site preparation, material handling, equipment support, traffic control, and general construction activities.

Shift schedule will vary depending on the work location and project requirements. This may include a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or a rotational schedule of 21 days on / 7 days off for Alberta projects, consisting of 10–12 hour workdays while on rotation.
