Data and Reporting Specialist at Gryphon Place – Kalamazoo, Michigan

STATEMENT OF THE JOB

The Data and Reporting Specialist provides support to Gryphon Place programs by assisting with programmatic outcomes data and reporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Data Outcomes & Reporting:

• Responsible for scheduled programmatic reporting for the Contact Center
• Weekly Metrics Reports for 2-1-1 and Crisis
• Monthly Billing Reports
• Monthly Lifeline and 988 reports
• Other reports that occur quarterly, semi-annually & annually
• Other reports as requested
• Responsible for compiling data for Contact Center Quality Reports
• Responsible for compiling the Annual and Rolling Quarter Dashboard; including coordinating and obtaining program outcome narratives from program staff

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Data and reporting background preferred
• Background in human services or database information systems
• In-depth knowledge of service delivery systems, government agency and non-profit organizational structures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional listening skills
• Inform USA certifications preferred
