What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on care, physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment for those residents living at WoodCreek Bend Memory Care
• Assist residents with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement/Care Plan, and other services as delegated by the Director of Health and Wellness

What You'll Need:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2 years of experience required in assisted living or skilled nursing
• TX CNA License
• There will be three consecutive days of training that are required, along with completion of Educare training, prior to working any scheduled shifts.
