This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist based in the United States.

This role is responsible for transforming in-person engagement into a measurable growth driver across events, experiential campaigns, and customer marketing initiatives. You will own the full field marketing strategy, including industry conferences, proprietary events, and targeted account-based experiences designed to generate pipeline and deepen customer relationships. Working across marketing, sales, and customer success, you will design high-impact programs that connect real-world interactions to revenue outcomes. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and ideal for someone who blends creative event thinking with strong analytical discipline. You will also play a key role in shaping flagship experiences and customer touchpoints that strengthen loyalty and advocacy. This is a hands-on role where execution quality and measurable business impact go hand in hand.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute the end-to-end field marketing strategy, including industry conferences, virtual events, and flagship programs, ensuring strong alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Lead planning and delivery of a major annual conference, managing everything from programming and logistics to attendee acquisition, on-site execution, and post-event engagement.
  • Design and run account-based experiential campaigns in partnership with sales, targeting high-value accounts through curated in-person and executive engagement strategies.
  • Develop repeatable event and field marketing playbooks that maximize ROI and ensure consistent pipeline contribution across programs.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure all initiatives drive measurable business impact.
  • Own customer loyalty initiatives including gifting, onboarding kits, and in-person engagement moments that strengthen retention and advocacy.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B field marketing or experiential marketing, with a proven ability to own programs end-to-end and tie them to measurable business outcomes. You should be comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders, balancing creative event execution with structured performance tracking and pipeline attribution.

  • 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline through in-person or hybrid marketing programs
  • Experience managing end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendor management, and budget ownership
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in SaaS, industrial tech, energy, or climate tech environments is a plus
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible work environment
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact, flagship industry events and experiential programs
  • Career growth in a fast-scaling climate tech company
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on sustainability and innovation
  • Exposure to cross-functional work across marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Opportunity to shape customer loyalty and advocacy programs at scale
