National Sales Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a National Sales Representative based in United States.

This role is focused on driving new business growth by developing and managing strategic sales opportunities within a specialized audit solutions organization serving healthcare and pharmacy-related markets. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building strong client and partner relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue growth. The position blends consultative sales, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy by providing market insights and feedback on customer needs. Working closely with internal sales support and operational teams, you will help ensure high-quality responses to RFPs and proposals. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented sales role where relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution directly drive business success.

Accountabilities
  • Lead national sales efforts by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within healthcare and audit solutions markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and channel partners to expand revenue and market reach.
  • Manage and track opportunities, pipeline activity, and client engagements using CRM and internal sales systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality RFP responses, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in prospect meetings, finalist presentations, and client trainings to support deal advancement and closure.
  • Provide market intelligence, including competitor insights, customer needs, and service enhancement opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Requirements

This role requires strong B2B sales experience, ideally within healthcare or pharmacy-related industries, combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Candidates should be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional sales role.
  • 1+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with public and private sector clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
