Location: 6250 GA Highway 40 E, Saint Marys, GA 31558 Call Center Representative ***THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION. NO REMOTE WORK. APPLICANTS MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH** Smart Communications’ call center reps must be passionate about providing the highest level of service through knowledge and empathy while positively impacting our customers. As a Smart Communications’ call center rep, you will receive inbound calls from consumers for assistance with billing inquiries, payments, credits, fraud alerts, and other services. Job Description Provide Smart Communications’ customers with an exceptional service experience. Treat customers in a friendly and helpful manner and resolve their issues. Answer inbound calls to assist customers with verifying information, open accounts, process customer bills or payments, schedule appointments, and research issues. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions and record details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken. Identify customers’ needs and thoroughly address them. Communicate clearly, offer detailed answers while providing concise options or explanations. Qualifications ***SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH*** Understand the need to rise above expectations and go that extra mile for customers. Punctuality, performance, and positivity is a must. Be resourceful and effective in delivering answers to challenging scenarios. Must have previously worked in a call center environment. Ability to learn quickly and retain information. Have reliable transportation. Effective communication skills.
