which includes a 10% shift premium for 3rd shift

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Fast paced work environment

2. All positions are physical in nature

3. Production workers must be able to understand both written and verbal, and follow said instructions

4. Complete work with accuracy and efficiency

5. Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures

6. The nature of all production positions are repetitive motions for extended periods of time

7. Moves and carries parts to holding areas

8. Helps complete line setup

9. Loads parts on production line

10. Off loads finished parts off line and palletizes

11. Hand sanding

12. Assembles cabinets and places them on the line

13. Assembles cabinets and places them on the line

14. Glues, nails, staples, and secures all framed parts for tops, sides, bottoms, and supports for cabinets

Qualifications and Skills:

· Preferred one or more years of production experience or similar in an assembly, carpentry, or detail-oriented environment

· Preferred work history of one or more years

· Knowledge of safe work practices

· Use of power and air tools preferred

· Functional math skills and ability to read tape measure preferred

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Ability to work in a team environment

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, pushing, stooping, and pulling

· Requires lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 80lbs. with 1-25lb average frequency

· Due to physical demands of this job, it is essential that correct lifting techniques, proper body mechanics as well as, applicable safe work practices be utilized
