The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in developing core software solutions for various blockchain networks. This includes not only the technical design and implementation but also coordinating with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions. The engineer will contribute significantly to the evolution of decentralized infrastructure, leveraging their expertise in blockchain technologies. Experience in managing engineering teams and cross-functional collaboration is vital. This role promises to impact the future of multi-chain development in a significant way.Accountabilities

• Work with customers to scope and document technical requirements.
• Drive architecture and designs for blockchain protocols.
• Define and execute implementation strategies in collaboration with team leads.
• Manage a technical team to deliver protocol solutions.
• Ensure high code quality and reliability through automated testing.
• Implement and manage deployment operations of protocols.
• Create comprehensive software documentation for system design and functionality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and research relevant ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in hands-on backend software engineering.
• 2+ years of blockchain protocol implementation experience using C++, Rust, or Golang.
• Experience in leading engineering teams and managing day-to-day activities.
• Strong background in automated testing and security.
• Experience with developer tools and infrastructure protocols is a plus.
• Knowledge of L2s, ZK, EVM, CosmosSDK, and Substrate is highly desirable.
• Good writing skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Undergraduate degree required.
