We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Test Operator to join our manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct testing on products using established procedures and programs on the Seika Flying Probe Test Platform

- Record and analyze test data accurately, documenting results for quality assurance purposes

- Operate testing equipment and tools safely and efficiently

- Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing, escalating problems as necessary

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve testing processes and product quality

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus

- Previous experience in a testing or quality assurance role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Ability to operate testing equipment and interpret technical data

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data recording tools
