At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $37.50-$76.34 excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

Under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager, the RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age specific requirements, and by following departmental and hospital policy and procedure. Performs as a member of the team in delivery of high quality patient. Qualified candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively document care, delegate assignments, relay information, and act as liaison between patient, physicians, and other hospital disciplines Massachusetts RN licensure with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 3 years' PACU/SDC experience, ACLS, required. Current Lawrence General Registered Nurses who are MNA members are also qualified to apply. PALS preferred. Rotation, On Call and Weekends required.
