Sr. Director of Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Director of Marketing based in the United States.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and elevating the company’s global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product storytelling, and partner ecosystems. You will shape how the organization is perceived in the market while directly influencing pipeline growth, customer expansion, and partner-driven revenue. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution oversight, leading a multidisciplinary marketing organization spanning digital, content, events, brand, and communications. You will partner closely with product, sales, and alliance teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and consistent messaging across all channels. A key focus will be building scalable programs that strengthen market presence, accelerate new logo acquisition, and deepen customer engagement. This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and enjoys building both teams and systems for scale.

Accountabilities

This role is responsible for setting and executing a unified marketing vision that drives brand strength, pipeline growth, and partner influence across all key markets.

  • Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary marketing organization covering brand, product marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, content, communications, events, and web strategy
  • Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual identity to ensure consistent market presence and differentiation
  • Own integrated go-to-market strategy across campaigns, product launches, ABM programs, and partner-led initiatives
  • Drive demand generation strategies focused on new customer acquisition, upsell, and expansion revenue
  • Oversee paid, owned, and earned media strategies to maximize visibility and engagement across target audiences
  • Partner with product and alliance teams to strengthen ecosystem and partner marketing programs
  • Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI optimization across all initiatives
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure pipeline impact, brand performance, and campaign effectiveness
  • Guide website strategy, content operations, and digital experience optimization
  • Continuously refine processes, tools, and workflows to improve marketing efficiency and scalability
Requirements

This role requires an experienced marketing leader with a strong foundation in B2B SaaS, demand generation, and brand-driven growth strategy.

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibilities in SaaS or enterprise technology environments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams and revenue-driving programs
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, product marketing, and integrated go-to-market execution
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline creation, and marketing-sourced revenue growth
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns including digital, ABM, events, content, and partner marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing performance data into actionable strategy
  • Experience working with sales, product, and partner organizations in complex enterprise environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with analyst relations, PR, and influencer engagement is a strong plus
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
