In this role, you will serve as the primary client lead for effective platform launches, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations. Accountabilities

Develop deep expertise in SaaS products to guide customers through implementations
Lead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriers
Act as the primary project manager and day-to-day client contact
Use a consultative approach to identify customer pain points and goals
Create and manage implementation plans including onboarding and training
Identify opportunities for automation and post-launch optimization
Drive proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements
