- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of 'smart' activity.
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast presentations to senior management.
- Collaborate with consulting partnerships to uncover new opportunities and foster ongoing relationships.
- Deliver web-based and in-person presentations, leveraging strong product knowledge.
- Sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating multiple decision-makers in complex organizations.
- Work closely with Sales Development Reps to provide strategic direction and feedback.
- Develop strong market relationships while promoting the company's brand and products.
- Consistently overachieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Prospect, follow up on leads, and respond to RFPs.
- 5+ years of experience in positioning and selling large, complex software solutions.
- Knowledge of solution-selling or consultative selling methodology.
- Strong business and technical acumen.
- Experience in acquiring new business.
- Proven track record of selling cloud solutions.
- Technically savvy with CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
- Entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethic.
