This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and user experience, enabling data-driven decision-making across high-impact product areas. You will act as a key analytical partner to Product, Engineering, and Design teams, helping define what success looks like and how it should be measured. The position requires deep analytical rigor combined with strong product intuition to uncover user behavior patterns, identify growth opportunities, and guide roadmap decisions. You will own metric frameworks, experimentation strategy, and the overall analytical foundation for your product domain. Operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will translate complex data into clear narratives that influence both strategic and tactical decisions. This is a high-ownership role where your insights directly shape product evolution and customer impact at scale.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape roadmap priorities through structured analysis, opportunity sizing, and data-driven recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end analytical discovery by defining key questions, building hypotheses, conducting root-cause analysis, and identifying behavioral insights and second-order effects.
- Own and design the product’s metric architecture, including north-star metrics, input drivers, diagnostic indicators, and counter-metrics.
- Develop and maintain tracking plans and instrumentation frameworks in collaboration with engineering teams to ensure accurate and reliable data capture.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, rollouts), applying appropriate statistical methodologies to generate actionable insights.
- Build automated dashboards, alerts, and monitoring systems to detect anomalies, funnel breaks, and performance shifts in real time.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, narrative-driven insights that guide product, engineering, and business decisions.
- 4–6 years of experience in product analytics, data science, growth analytics, or a similar data-driven product role.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or equivalent platforms.
- Proven experience in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical analysis in product environments.
- Familiarity with event-based tracking systems, instrumentation design, and telemetry frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker, Metabase, or similar BI platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product decisions through structured, insight-driven storytelling.
- Strong product intuition with the ability to identify user friction points, behavioral drivers, and growth opportunities.
- Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high ownership expectations.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
- Remote-first or hybrid work flexibility depending on team setup
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Opportunity to work on large-scale financial inclusion products impacting millions of users globally
- Strong focus on learning, experimentation, and professional growth in a data-driven culture
- Exposure to advanced analytics systems, experimentation frameworks, and modern data infrastructure
- Inclusive, global work environment with cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions
- Wellness and employee support programs promoting work-life balance.
