This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Technical Lead, Senior SME based in the United States.

This is a high-impact technical leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of mission-critical data integration and interoperability solutions. You will act as the primary technical authority and product owner, shaping how data flows across complex systems to support decision-making at scale. The role blends hands-on architecture, Agile product leadership, and DevSecOps execution in a cloud-first environment. You will guide engineering teams across data, AI/ML, and systems integration while ensuring alignment with mission objectives and delivery timelines. This position requires strong coordination across technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions. It is a 100% remote role offering the opportunity to influence enterprise-grade platforms in a highly regulated environment. Success in this role directly impacts the effectiveness, reliability, and security of critical digital capabilities.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture for data ingestion, transformation, interoperability, and integration across enterprise systems.
  • Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile delivery execution aligned with mission and contractual objectives.
  • Provide technical direction across data engineering, AI/ML capabilities, APIs, and system integration initiatives.
  • Oversee DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and release management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical direction, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational standards including Zero Trust and RMF frameworks.
  • Guide and validate technical solutions while maintaining accountability for architecture quality and system performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data integration, or enterprise architecture (or 14 years in lieu of degree).
  • Experience leading Agile and DevSecOps teams in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, data platforms, and scalable distributed architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containers, and modern DevSecOps toolchains.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks including RMF, Zero Trust, and federal or regulated environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive technical alignment.
  • Experience operating as a product-oriented technical lead balancing delivery, architecture, and execution.
  • Preferred certifications include CSPO/CSM, AWS or Azure Solutions Architect, SAFe Agilist, and Security+ or equivalent.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation within a range of $175,000 – $190,000 USD, based on experience and location
  • Fully remote work structure with flexibility and autonomy
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer-supported options
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
  • Strong focus on professional development and continuous learning
  • Opportunity to work on mission-critical, large-scale enterprise systems.
