Supply Chain Analyst in Boca Raton, Florida at AKRON BIOPRODUCTS LLC

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials, accurate planning, and operational excellence across our manufacturing and supply chain functions.

In this role, you will manage demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, MRP execution, SAP Business One master data, and cross-functional SIOP activities. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Finance to support a GMP compliant and ISO 13485 certified environment where supply chain performance directly impacts product quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, ERP expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience with SAP Business One, inventory management, forecasting, KPI reporting, and process development is highly valued.

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years business experience in Supply Chain.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation – Ability to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets for supply chain performance and trends.
• Data management and ERP system proficiency.
• MRP proficiency / Forecasting & Demand planning /SIOP cycle.
• Supply planning by procurement method.
• Inventory Management – knowledge of safety stock, reorder points, ABC classification, and cycle counting.
• KPI development & Reporting.
• MS Office, especially advanced excel & data tools – ability to define, track, and report on supply chain metrics.
• Experience writing SOPs.
• Cross-Functional collaboration – Skilled in working with manufacturing, quality, finance, and MSAT teams.
• Attention to Detail, Problem solver, able to prioritize multiple projects, and able to adapt.
