We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as a Team Lead. This role is ideal for a clinician interested in leadership opportunities while maintaining a consistent clinical caseload.
The Team Lead will support clinical excellence, therapist mentorship, and day-to-day clinic operations while helping shape the culture and growth of a new location.
Key Responsibilities Clinical (15–20 patient hours per week)
Provide therapy services and complete evaluations
Supervise Clinical Fellows, as applicable
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Model strong clinical decision-making and patient care
Leadership & Clinical Oversight
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to therapists
Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins
Monitor clinical performance, patient progress, and outcomes
Ensure documentation meets quality, timeliness, and audit standards
Identify and address performance concerns in collaboration with leadership
Operations & Administrative Support (Minimum 10 non-clinical hours/week)
Leadership
Participate in bi-weekly leadership meetings
Support implementation of clinic and organizational initiatives
Administrative / Operations
Assist with scheduling coordination and problem-solving
Support supply management and clinic organization
Contribute to process improvement efforts
Therapist Support
Serve as a clinical resource for team members
Provide guidance on treatment planning and documentation
Community & Growth
Participate in select community or referral-related events as a clinical representative
Participate at relevant therapist recruiting and careers events with graduate school
partners as a clinical representative
Support development of referral relationships in coordination with leadership
Qualifications
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (pediatrics preferred)
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to support and guide other clinicians
Effective communication and organizational skills
Compensation
Compensation is structured to support both clinic performance and quality of care.
Competitive base salary (discussed during interview process)
