This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and client success, focusing on managing mid-market customer relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven digital environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of their digital advertising investments through data-backed insights and strategic recommendations. The position requires strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate complex performance metrics into clear business narratives. You will regularly engage with clients through strategic meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing consultative discussions. Working closely with internal strategy and product teams, you will help optimize campaign outcomes and identify growth opportunities. This is a highly visible role where your insights directly influence client success and platform performance.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market client accounts, owning performance monitoring, KPI analysis, and optimization recommendations across digital advertising campaigns.
- Lead regular client communication including weekly or bi-weekly meetings, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal strategists, product, and implementation teams to optimize campaign performance and improve onboarding and execution processes.
- Develop and present data-driven reports that clearly communicate results, insights, and strategic recommendations in a compelling and structured way.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, supporting expansion opportunities such as new channels, increased budgets, and testing initiatives.
- Contribute to product and process improvement by sharing client feedback and identifying opportunities for platform enhancement.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role supporting small to mid-sized business accounts, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data to drive strategic decisions and solve business problems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and tell a clear, persuasive story.
- Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal, required for client communication.
- Ability to manage challenging client conversations with professionalism, confidence, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Preferred: experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, or Amazon Ads, and certifications in relevant tools.
