Area Manager - Northern IL at CleanPower – Arlington Heights, Illinois
About This Position
CleanPower, Wisconsins leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee multiple accounts in the Northern ILand Surrounding Areas. Our Managers are charged with the overall management and customer satisfaction for their assigned location. Do you like to make decisions? Enjoy a flexible, fast-paced work environment? Shift: Monday Friday 2PM - 10PM (Requires Flexibility)
Pay: $68,500 + Company Car + Fuel Card +Bonus Potential
Territory:
South - Elwood Il
East-Downtown Chicago and Winnetka
West- Freeport IL
North Spring Grove IL
Job duties include:
- Oversight of the daily maintenance of assigned facility
- Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
- Initial and ongoing training of staff
- Ordering supplies
- Managing labor and supply budgets
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Min 2 years of management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Janitorial or other service related background
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
