Utility Operator - 2nd Shift at The Gund Company – St. Louis, Missouri

The Gund Company is hiring a Utility Operator to join our St. Louis manufacturing team! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing with strong pay, benefits, and a team-focused culture.

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Mon–Fri)
Pay: $20–$22/hour + 15% shift premium
Location: 2121 Walton Rd., St. Louis, MO 63114

• Operate manual saws and cutting equipment (Table Saw, Chop Saw, Band Saw, Panel Saw, etc.)
• Secure materials and verify proper machine setup
• Read and follow work orders and basic blueprints
• Perform simple assembly tasks using hand tools and painting accessories
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Support production goals with accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in manufacturing or machining is helpful—not required
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work
• Desire to grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
