What You’ll Be Doing:

You won’t be cold-calling strangers or chasing leads. The people you’ll speak with have already shown interest in learning more. Your job is to provide clarity, guidance, and trustworthy support as they make important financial decisions.

Your responsibilities:

• Contact warm leads to schedule consultations (phone or video)

• Lead virtual sessions to understand client needs and explain benefit options

• Assist with applications and ensure accurate submission

• Provide follow-up support to ensure clients feel confident and informed

• Take part in team trainings to continually improve your skills and earning potential
