The Opportunity
We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team and provide in-home care throughout Pinellas County. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients.

1099 Contractor

Part B Medicare visits- very flexible

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy, including therapeutic exercises and functional training
  
• Monitor and adjust care plans based on patient progress
  
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and safety
  
• Accurately document visits and patient outcomes in a timely manner
  
• Collaborate with our care team to ensure the best outcomes
  
• Stay current with best practices through continuing education
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida)
  
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
  
• At least 1 year of home health experience (preferred)
  
• Current CPR certification
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
