Senior Program Manager, Revenue Intelligence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Revenue Intelligence based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, data, and AI-driven operational transformation, focused on optimizing the end-to-end revenue generation engine. You will drive initiatives that improve how leads progress through the pipeline, from initial engagement through closed-won outcomes, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and conversion. Acting as a cross-functional connector, you will partner closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and channel teams to streamline workflows and remove friction across the buyer journey. The role leverages AI, automation, and analytics to uncover bottlenecks, enhance decision-making, and accelerate revenue performance. You will translate complex sales processes into scalable, data-driven systems that improve speed, consistency, and predictability. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced environment where operational excellence directly influences business growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end optimization of the “land” motion, improving conversion rates, reducing sales cycle time, and increasing deal value through process redesign and automation.
  • Identify inefficiencies across the revenue funnel and implement AI-driven and data-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and eliminate manual handoffs.
  • Partner with SDRs, AEs, pre-sales, marketing, and channel teams to improve cross-functional alignment and ensure a seamless prospect-to-close experience.
  • Design and implement best practices across discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing stages to improve win rates and revenue predictability.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from field teams and leadership to ensure operational improvements reflect real-world sales challenges.
  • Drive adoption of automation and enablement tools that improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales efficiency.
  • Define and track key success metrics, including win rates, sales velocity, and average deal size, using data to continuously refine strategy.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, revenue operations, sales process design, or business process optimization in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and pre-sales or sales enablement functions.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or data analytics to improve revenue workflows or operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation including base salary and performance-based bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting from day one of employment.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Unlimited paid time off, including holidays and dedicated wellness days.
  • Paid parental leave, including extended leave for birthing parents and standard leave for all parents.
  • Mental health support, therapy access, and employee assistance programs.
  • Remote-first flexibility with global collaboration opportunities.
  • Learning and development resources including online platforms, mentoring, and professional training programs.
  • Additional benefits such as fertility support, legal services, identity protection, and wellness spending accounts.
