Talent Acquisition Supervisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor based in United States.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate a high-performing recruitment team responsible for high-volume, fast-paced hiring initiatives. You will oversee day-to-day recruiting operations, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure hiring targets are consistently met with speed and quality. Acting as both a hands-on leader and operational driver, you will coach and develop Talent Acquisition Associates and Specialists while maintaining strong candidate experience standards across all hiring activities. You will play a critical role in optimizing recruiting workflows, improving team productivity, and ensuring alignment between hiring needs and business priorities. This position requires strong leadership in dynamic environments where priorities shift quickly and execution excellence is essential. It is an opportunity to shape recruiting strategy while staying closely connected to frontline delivery.

Accountabilities
  • Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment processes, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple roles and functions.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals through regular feedback, performance management, and continuous development support.
  • Oversee workload distribution, recruiting capacity, and operational efficiency to ensure team productivity and hiring goals are consistently achieved.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide updates on pipeline progress, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring strong communication, process consistency, and effective coordination across hiring stages.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition from hiring to onboarding and a seamless new hire experience.
Requirements

You bring solid experience in high-volume recruiting environments, combined with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to balance execution with team development. You are comfortable operating in fast-paced settings, managing multiple priorities, and guiding teams through evolving hiring demands. You are a strong communicator who builds trust with stakeholders and ensures clarity throughout the recruitment process.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to high-volume hiring environments
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within talent acquisition teams
  • Strong experience using ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred) and recruitment technologies
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop recruiting teams while maintaining accountability and performance standards
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environments with shifting priorities
