Director of Product Management - Infrastructure & Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product Management - Infrastructure & Enablement based in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced product executive who thrives at the intersection of technology, platform strategy, and customer experience. In this role, you will oversee the product vision and execution across infrastructure, shared platform capabilities, and customer-facing experiences that enable long-term scalability and innovation. Working closely with engineering, design, and business leaders, you will bridge complex technical initiatives with meaningful customer outcomes and organizational goals. The position offers broad influence across product strategy, team development, prioritization frameworks, and platform evolution. Ideal for a strategic thinker with strong technical fluency, this role combines people leadership, systems thinking, and business acumen in a fast-growing, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the product strategy across infrastructure, platform enablement, and customer-facing platform experiences, ensuring alignment between technical investments and customer value.
  • Build, mentor, and support a team of senior product managers, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and high-performance execution.
  • Establish and maintain transparent prioritization frameworks that balance technical requirements, business objectives, customer needs, and operational constraints.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Security, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure platform capabilities.
  • Drive strategic decision-making around cloud infrastructure, data platforms, developer tools, core services, and platform architecture initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable narratives for executive stakeholders, enabling informed business decisions and resource allocation.
  • Advocate for platform investments by demonstrating their impact on customer experience, operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term business success.
  • Ensure security, resilience, compliance, and system performance remain integral components of product planning and execution.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment across technical and non-technical teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by identifying opportunities to improve processes, product development practices, and platform capabilities.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Product Management, including at least 5 years leading and developing Product Management teams in senior leadership positions.
  • Previous experience as a Director, Senior Director, Vice President of Product, or equivalent leadership role within a technology-driven SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise across infrastructure platforms, developer-facing tools, enablement services, and customer-facing product experiences.
  • Strong technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, distributed systems, platform architecture, security, and software development concepts.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior engineering leaders and technical stakeholders while effectively translating complexity for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that support scalability, operational excellence, and customer success.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Experience balancing customer needs, technical investments, and organizational objectives within complex environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership style characterized by collaboration, transparency, humility, and a commitment to team development.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and lead through ambiguity and organizational growth.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products, workflows, or platform innovation initiatives is considered an asset.
