Guard Booth Attendant in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah at Budget Car Rental

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Guard Booth Attendant to join our team at the Salt Lake City International Airport. This position is responsible for monitoring vehicle traffic entering and exiting the rental facility, verifying rental documentation, assisting customers and employees, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control vehicle access at the rental facility.
• Verify rental agreements and vehicle information.
• Provide directions and assistance to customers and staff.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Must Have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and recordkeeping abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work outdoor in weather conditions with moderate noise level
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
• 18 Years of Age or Older
• Clear Background Check and Drug Screen
