Private Duty Nurse RN or LPN in Saginaw, Michigan at GOLDEN HEART HOME SERVICES

Golden Heart Home Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN to join our team for a skilled private duty case in Midland MI. Hours are 12-4p Tuesday-Friday.

The nurse will be responsible for:
- Ventilator care/monitoring
- Total patient care assistant
-skilled nursing assessments
-medication administration
-ADL support and personal care
-Documentation per care plan

Ideal candidate must have:
-Active Michigan LPN license
-Ventilator/trach experience preferred
-Compassionate bedside manner
-Reliable transportation
-Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
