In this role, you will lead high-impact multi-site projects that support the largest hyperscale and colocation data centers. Your expertise will ensure automation, controls, and infrastructure programs are delivered from design to system handover, directing a team of Project Managers to maintain excellence in project delivery. This position requires a deep understanding of critical infrastructure deployment and client engagement to drive operational success and innovation within the organization.Accountabilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers for multiple concurrent infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project performance including budgets, schedules, and risk management.
• Collaborate with PMO leadership to uphold project management standards.
• Facilitate regular portfolio review meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent alignment with client requirements and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mission-critical automation or controls projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in BAS, PLC, and SCADA platforms.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with remote team management experience.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting effectively.
