• Configure, support, and enhance Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruiting, and Reporting.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations across multiple enterprise systems.
• Build and manage integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Benefits Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation tools.
• Configure Workday business processes and ensure alignment with evolving business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and BIRT reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage Workday security configurations including roles, domains, and access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, reporting, and functional issues to ensure system stability and data accuracy.
• Support system testing, release management, deployment activities, and production support operations.
• Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, problem, and service request management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization of Workday solutions.
• Provide ongoing functional and technical support for enterprise Workday environments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in technical or functional consulting roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Benefits Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Solid experience in Workday reporting and BIRT report development.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, ATS, LMS, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in Workday security configuration, including roles, domains, and security policies.
• Good knowledge of Workday business process configuration and enterprise HR workflows.
• Experience working with ITSM processes and enterprise service management tools.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities in complex Workday environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in global, cross-functional settings.
• Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and support overlapping US/UK time zones.
• Workday certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
