This role is a dynamic work-from-home HR opportunity focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The position involves active communication with candidates in English, Hindi, and Bengali, making it essential for building strong engagement throughout the hiring journey. You will work with structured recruitment data and candidate databases to identify suitable talent and maintain organized hiring pipelines. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys people interaction, multitasking, and working in a target-driven HR setup. It offers exposure to core recruitment operations and the opportunity to contribute directly to hiring outcomes in a fully remote setting.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment data to identify and shortlist suitable profiles aligned with job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and daily activity reports.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination in a remote, high-volume environment.
- Graduate in any discipline with 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali are mandatory.
- Good understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, and basic interview coordination processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email communication tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup with strong self-management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong adaptability and learning ability.
