Compliance Advertising Review Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Compliance Advertising Review Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of compliance, marketing, and financial services communications, ensuring that all advertising and social media content meets strict regulatory and ethical standards. You will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of client-facing messaging across digital and traditional channels. Working closely with marketing professionals, advisors, and compliance leaders, you will help shape clear, accurate, and compliant promotional content. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on regulatory precision and business partnership. Your work will directly support investor trust and protect the firm’s reputation in a highly regulated industry. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured compliance environments while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
  • Review and assess advertising materials, including websites and social media content, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards set by bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and the Department of Labor.
  • Ensure all marketing and advertising content accurately reflects services, fees, and investment strategies, identifying and escalating any misleading or non-compliant material.
  • Maintain and improve the advertising review workflow, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and proper documentation of all reviews.
  • Support archiving processes for websites and social media content using third-party compliance systems.
  • Act as a compliance liaison for marketing teams, providing clear guidance on regulatory requirements and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with compliance leadership to strengthen the overall control environment and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Communicate findings, risks, and updates effectively to compliance management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising review or compliance within financial services, ideally in regulated investment or advisory environments.
  • Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, marketing regulations, and compliance frameworks governing financial communications.
  • Familiarity with compliance and marketing tools such as Saifr, Hearsay, FMG Suite, Seismic, and/or MirrorWeb.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain compliance requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory, technological, and business requirements.
  • Strong ethical judgment, confidentiality, and commitment to maintaining a robust compliance culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent compliance experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range (approximately $100,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience and location).
  • Performance-based bonus or variable compensation opportunities (where applicable).
  • Comprehensive health, wellbeing, and retirement benefits package.
  • Paid time off and additional leave policies supporting work-life balance.
  • Access to learning and development programs to support continuous professional growth.
  • Reimbursement of eligible job-related expenses per company policy.
  • Employee perks and discounts (where applicable).
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, compliance-driven environment with exposure to cross-functional teams.
