This is a high-impact creative role focused on shaping social-first storytelling across a culturally rich and diverse APAC audience, with a strong emphasis on India as a priority market. You will transform real-world social impact stories into compelling visual narratives designed for digital and social platforms. The role requires a sharp creative eye, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, emotionally resonant visuals. You will work closely with cross-functional creative and strategy teams to develop engaging campaigns that elevate awareness of large-scale social initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly iterative, where ideas move quickly from concept to execution. Lead the creative development of social-first storytelling concepts and translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and execute innovative creative concepts tailored for digital and social platforms
- Create visual executions, mockups, mood boards, and presentation decks to communicate ideas clearly
- Define engagement and execution strategies for social storytelling initiatives
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across touchpoints
- Incorporate creator-led and community-driven storytelling approaches into campaign ideas
- Adapt and localize concepts to strongly connect with Indian audiences and cultural nuances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine ideas from concept through execution
You bring strong creative direction experience with a portfolio showcasing impactful social-first campaigns and visual storytelling expertise. You are highly conceptual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- 4+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Photoshop for design and presentation work
- Proven ability to develop and execute visual storytelling across digital and social platforms
- Strong understanding of social media behavior, trends, and engagement mechanics
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, visually compelling creative outputs
- Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating creative direction
- Deep cultural awareness with the ability to design for Indian audiences
