This role is focused on driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through high-performing, data-driven paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, optimization, and scalable performance marketing.
You will work at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and sales to ensure every campaign contributes directly to business outcomes.
The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across paid media platforms.
You will manage multi-channel acquisition efforts spanning search, social, video, and programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI.

- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and programmatic networks, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals
- Own campaign setup, budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting frameworks, and full-funnel campaign execution
- Build and optimize ICP-based audience segmentation strategies using firmographic, behavioral, and intent data
- Manage retargeting and nurture campaigns to move prospects effectively through the buyer journey
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement across paid channels in collaboration with marketing operations
- Design and run structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, messaging, audience segments, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate closely with demand generation, product marketing, content, creative, RevOps, and sales teams to optimize performance
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in paid media or demand generation roles within B2B SaaS, martech, analytics, or related digital-first environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads, with experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns
- Proven experience managing and optimizing six-figure+ monthly advertising budgets
- Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics frameworks
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth insights
- Experience designing and executing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and analytics teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
