Job Type: Full-Time | Compensation: OTE $150,000+

- Leading and developing a high-level team of advisors and technicians
- Owning the performance of a high-volume operation
- Creating a consistent, exceptional customer experience
- Driving accountability, culture, and execution at a high level
- Partnering directly with leadership to test and roll out new initiatives
- Helping shape the future of our Colorado market and beyond

Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the shop
- Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to keep the shop fully staffed and performing at a high level.
- Develop and coach advisors and technicians
- Drive performance across sales, efficiency, and customer experience
- Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and safety
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and workflow
- Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives and rollouts
- Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience
- Do whatever it takes to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and live out our values

Requirements:Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a high-level operation in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (both written and verbal)
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically capable of performing essential job functions, including grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours
