As a Senior SDET, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of advanced enterprise software products operating at scale. This position offers the opportunity to influence quality engineering practices across the entire development lifecycle while working on highly distributed, cloud-native applications. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to build robust testing strategies, strengthen automation frameworks, and drive continuous quality improvements. • Lead quality engineering initiatives and champion a quality-first mindset throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Define, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for complex, distributed, and high-volume enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers, and QA teams to establish effective test plans, risk assessments, and quality objectives.
• Design, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and reliability testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation, rapid feedback, and early defect detection.
• Conduct performance, scalability, security, and resilience testing to ensure applications meet operational and business requirements.
• Analyze system architecture, requirements, and designs to improve testability, performance, and overall product quality.
• Mentor QA engineers and contribute to the adoption of best practices in automation, risk management, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Investigate defects, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive effective resolutions.
• Stay current with emerging testing technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve quality processes and engineering efficiency.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation within Agile software development environments.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, security operations, security automation, or related enterprise technology domains.
• Extensive experience creating and executing QA strategies for large-scale, event-driven, high-transaction systems.
• Expertise in functional and non-functional testing, including integration, scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, with strong automation development capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools including TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Karate, Playwright, JMeter, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native testing methodologies.
• Experience working with AWS-based environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, or equivalent solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
