This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Associate SIAM Architect based in India.
This role sits at the core of multi-provider service delivery, responsible for designing and evolving Service Integration and Management (SIAM) frameworks that ensure seamless coordination across complex IT ecosystems. The position plays a key part in shaping end-to-end service experiences by aligning people, processes, and technology across internal and external providers. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable operating models and governance structures. The environment is highly collaborative, dynamic, and client-focused, with strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will also contribute to service transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding, transitions, and integration of service providers. This is a strategic and hands-on role combining architecture, advisory, and implementation responsibilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain the SIAM strategy aligned with client business objectives, ensuring it supports evolving service and operational needs.
- Define and implement SIAM architecture, including governance models, processes, tooling configurations, and integration frameworks.
- Manage relationships across multiple service providers, ensuring effective coordination, accountability, and alignment with the overall service model.
- Lead service integration activities such as transitions, onboarding, and service activation, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth execution.
- Conduct e-bonding workshops and ensure end-to-end process alignment, including seamless ticket flows and system interoperability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices across SIAM processes.
- Provide expert advisory support to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service delivery performance.
- Facilitate adoption of service management platforms and portals among client stakeholders to ensure effective usage and engagement.
- Proven experience in SIAM architecture, service integration, or IT service management within complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, service governance models, and enterprise-scale service delivery structures.
- Experience in designing and implementing service integration processes, tooling strategies, and operational workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external providers, and client leadership.
- Experience in leading transformation or transition programs involving service onboarding or integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and presenting architectural solutions.
