DEIB Program Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DEIB Program Consultant based in the United States.

This role offers an opportunity to lead and support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives that drive meaningful organizational change across a variety of client environments. Working as a trusted advisor, you will help organizations advance strategic DEIB objectives through targeted programs, workshops, and engagement initiatives while ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and best practices. The position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across different regions, cultures, and time zones, making it ideal for professionals who excel in relationship management and cross-functional leadership. You will contribute to impactful projects that influence workplace culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. With flexible contract opportunities available on both full-time and part-time bases, this role provides the chance to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment while delivering measurable outcomes for diverse clients.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and support DEIB programs, initiatives, workshops, and strategic interventions designed to advance organizational diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring initiatives progress effectively and deliver measurable results.
  • Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align DEIB efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Coordinate activities across global teams, managing communication and collaboration across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, presentations, and discussions with leadership and executive audiences.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and communications that translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support organizational change efforts and foster collaboration that drives sustainable cultural and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in DEIB, Human Resources, Human Capital Consulting, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Strong project management expertise, with change management experience considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience leading DEIB initiatives and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to engage effectively with global teams and stakeholders across diverse geographic regions and cultures.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working successfully within virtual and distributed team environments.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
