  • Knowledge/experience of measuring and setting gas pressures on various types of natural gas systems.
  • Experience understanding airflow standards, measurements, and instruments.
  • Show evidence of proper maintenance execution on package units, split systems, air cooled chillers and cooling towers.
  • Accomplish all Level of Apprentice and Junior Service Technician responsibilities and duties.
  • Possess a technical knowledge and experience level to troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC mechanical systems unsupervised. This includes, but not limited to, roof top package units and split systems, air- and water-cooled chilled water systems (with support), exhaust fans, pumps, and motors.

    Working conditions are typical for the field of HVAC which include regular exposure to weather conditions and require a high level of physical activity as outlined below. Operating power or hand tools and a motor vehicle is required.
