Education

Required: Graduate from School of Surgical Technology OR High School diploma or equivalent AND Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)

Excellent Communication Skills

Working knowledge of computers

Ability to organize instrument sets

Able to pass a written proficiency review.

Organized and self-motivated with an attention to detail.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Preferred: CRCST or CBSPD (Required if no Surgical Technology Degree)
