Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Scheduling
Build & manage the daily schedule for field technicians
Coordinate installations, service visits, inspections, and specialty wellness projects
Run morning dispatch and communicate daily priorities
Ensure technicians arrive prepared, informed, and on time

Project Coordination
Track progress of active pool/spa/wellness projects
Update timelines, tasks, and service tickets
Coordinate materials, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain accurate project documentation & client notes

Customer Communication
Act as the main point of contact for clients and service inquiries
Provide updates, timelines, and solutions to customer questions
Maintain a calm, professional presence with luxury clientele

Reporting & Support
Create reports for leadership on schedules, workload, and KPIs
Help improve systems, workflows, and overall efficiency
Support technicians and project managers with logistics and admin tasks

    Requirements

    Requirements:
    Experience in operations, scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination
    Excellent communication and organizational skills
    Ability to prioritize fast-moving tasks and keep multiple teams aligned
    Comfort working in a dynamic environment where things change quickly
    Confidence when speaking with clients, vendors, and technicians
    Experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, or project management software
    Bonus: experience in construction, home services, HVAC, pools, spas, or trades-related industries

      $48,000$58,000 base salary
